OPTOLINER SYSTEMS

The following work is performed during standard calibration of Optoliner Systems:

1. Inventory of all items received.
2. Functional check in as-received condition.
3. Replace all lamps in illumination system.
4. Verify or reset back focal distance.
5. Verify or reset image format.
6. Verify or reset test pattern centration relative to optical axis.
7. Check uniformity of illumination.
8. Check MTF Square-wave response.
9. Check Spectral response.
10.   Check and calibrate illuminance in foot-candles.
11.   Check and calibrate color temperature in Kelvins.
12.   Data package (Test Results)
13.   Certificate of Conformance/Traceability.

Note: Does not include repair work and/or replacement parts.  Diagnosis made free of charge.  Verbal or written quotations for repairs will be submitted per customer's request prior to commencement of actual work.
