The Model D-263 3 Axis Lab Base is a high precision mounting base capable of precise rotation positioning through 360° along with angular adjustment in either of two vertical planes.  Polygons, optical cubes, penta prism and other related optical components are easily mounted onto the 6 inch (152 mm) diameter platform.  A fine-thread screw allows rotary adjustment of the mounting platform.  A locking screw firmly holds the platform in any position.  Fine-thread screws on the platform top afford precise angular adjustment in either of two orthogonal vertical planes.

 

An extremely stable and precise bearing mechanism allows the mounting platform to rotate a complete 360° with no elevation deviation.  Eight 10-32x½ threaded holes in the mounting platform provide for the securing of test objects.
