The D-305 was extended through a 5-meagpixel camera and a phase shifter. The analysis of the measurement is taken by our  μShape^TM measurment and analysis software.

The measurement results are presented in parameters or graphichically as cross sections in 2D or 3D, and can be logged as permanent records for future reference.

The Model D-305 PS features an advanced design providing the capability for assembly line and or non-technical personnel to accurately measure surface flatness to 0.000012 4 inch (0.0316 μm).
