ELECTRONIC SIGNAL AUTOCOLLIMATORS -- D-672The Davidson Optronics Model D-672 Single-Axis Electronic Signal Autocollimator consists of an optical unit featuring rugged one-piece cast construction and an electronic unit featuring modular circuitboard design. This combination of advanced design and construction offers stability on the order of 0.25 arc second drift in a 24-hour period in a stable environment.
The total system is designed to monitor an external reflector and to present any angular deviations in the form of three separate readouts. These three modes of readout are:
Manual readout to 0.10 arc second is easily made with the two-speed micrometer. Nulling of the instrument is possible with the center zero meter on the electronic unit, and the meter can be adjusted with the gain and sensitivity control to represent true angular values. With nulling accuracy to 0.05 arc second and remote control capabilities, the D-672 Single-Axis Electronic Signal Autocollimator will prove a valuable addition to your laboratory or quality control department.
