The Model D-583 Magnetic Mirror is a front surface mirror firmly mounted in a fixed housing.
Three magnets are located on the rear surface of the base plate for attachment. Three rear pads are lapped flat and parallel to the mirror within 2 arc seconds. These pads provide contact with the surface to be aligned. |
