DISK INTERFEROMETER -- D-329
Applications:
Operation of the D-329 is easy and can be mastered in just a few minutes. To test a disk simply attach it to the holder and then overlap the two dots displayed on the monitor. The disk's fringe pattern will then be seen on the monitor. This entire procedure takes only a few seconds! For more theory of operation, please refer to the Principles of Interferometry Application Note. |
