PLANO INTERFEROMETER -- D-327The Plano Interferometer D-327 is an optical instrument for measuring flatness of polished surfaces where 2X magnification is advantageous. Non-technical personnel can make accurate measurements on reflective surfaces. With this instrument there is no physical contact between the master reference and the surface to be measured, thus eliminating the use of costly optical flats that must be replaced when worn.
