The Macroplan Interferometer D-321 is an optical measuring instrument used testing the flatness of small reflective surfaces where a 2X magnification would be advantageous. It is designed for use in laboratory or on a production line. Suited for laser rods, micro-electronic components, memory core bits, gage blocks and optical flats. No physical contact is made between the master reference and the selected surface to cause wear or damage to either surface. Non-technical employees can perform measurements in millionths of an inch with the D-321 Macroplan Interferometer.
